Apprenticeship Contract - Digital Marketing / CRM Assistant - RETOUR DE PLAGE
2021 - 2022
I started at Retour de Plage as an intern Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Assistant for 4 months. Thanks to my work and my desire to continue working in the same company, I decided to do my second year of Master Digital Marketing as a Digital Marketing / CRM Assistant.
My main mission was to build and implement the brand's relationship program by coordinating all media while contributing to the company's growth and the sustainability of sales. For this, I had to propose different CRM and digital campaign management tools (Hubspot, SalesForce...).
Afterwards, I had to analyze the attitudes and behaviors of the different customers in relation to the "personas" that I created myself when I was an intern. The purpose of this analysis was to identify and orchestrate the different customer contact points.
My secondary missions were community management on the brand's pages (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), helping to prepare orders, optimizing SEO and UX on the website, uploading new products using CMS (Prestashop/Flow), analyzing various statistics using CMS and Google Analytics as well as taking pictures of the brand's products.
Apprenticeship Contract - Communications Officer - SACLAK NETWORK
2019 - 2020
I did my third year of Bachelor Web Design and Graphic Communication at Saclak Network. My mission during one year was to develop the communication and the internal and external communication tools of the company.
To do this, I first had to create the company's graphic charter (logo, slogan, signature, color code and typography).
After that, I decided to set up a special operation for the Christmas period. Indeed, the loyalty of the company's customers is very important, that's why I had the idea to send local chocolates with a greeting card that I created myself, in order to thank them for their loyalty and thus promote the arrival of the site.
Concerning the website, I had the opportunity to create it from start to finish with the WordPress CMS. I decided to create a minimalist and easily accessible website while emphasizing the human side. To make the site aesthetically pleasing and professional, I had to include quality photos of the premises and the team. For this, I worked with a professional photographer and then retouched the photos using tools such as Photoshop or Lightroom.

Freelance - Communications Officer - ASSOCIATION SQUASH ROCHELAIS
2019 - 2020
As a communication officer, I worked for the Association Squash Rochelais as a freelancer. My mission was to find a graphic identity for the organization and thus create visibility for them mainly on social networks.
The difficulty of this work was to find a graphic style adapted to their different activities: Children's classes (focused on the discovery of the sport), adult classes (focused on performance) and associative events.
So I opted for a very colorful graphic style that I divided into two parts. The children's part has a very cartoonish and playful style, while the adult part is more "digital". Finally, the associative events are represented by more realistic and sober visuals.

These visuals were shared on their Facebook page that I created myself and that I animated every day of the week. I had put a real strategy in place to increase our rate of impressions, clicks, coverage and especially our engagement rate. Some of the visuals were even printed and distributed by hand to invite people to certain events.
